Passionate about movement and well-being my whole life, I’ve turned my passion into a career to help others feel better in their bodies and minds. My approach is caring, inclusive, and human-centered—I work with both women and men, as well as companies looking to integrate fitness into their daily operations.
Always striving to improve, I’m currently training in nutrition, sports massage, and cupping therapy to offer comprehensive and personalized support. My goal? For everyone I work with to leave with much more than just physical results: a better version of themselves—stronger, freer, and more confident.
