These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sale of services offered by TIKA on the website www.tikacoach.com. These services include:
  • Sports coaching in the gym, at home, and outdoors.
  • Group classes (cardio, muscle strengthening, zen).
  • Specific physical training and corporate coaching (small groups).
  • Online training and nutrition programs.
  • Pole dance classes (group, private, events).
  • Subscriptions for video content (pole dance tutorials).
All orders imply the customer’s unconditional acceptance of these GTC.

Orders and registration

Services can be booked:
  • Directly via the website (contact form)
  • By email or telephone
  • In person
For certain services, prior registration or a health questionnaire may be required before participation.

Rates and payment terms

Prices are listed in euros, all taxes included. Payment can be made:
  • Online via a secure payment system
  • By bank transfer.0m:!0
  • In cash (in person)
Payment is due in full upon ordering, unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions are payable monthly or annually depending on the plan chosen.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, with the express consent of the customer. However, for services not yet performed, the customer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal, except in the case of orders for digital content (tutorials, training and nutrition programs), in which case no refund may be requested once the content is accessible.

Cancellation and postponement

Any cancellation of individual or coaching classes must be notified at least 24 hours in advance. After this deadline, the session is due. Group classes and memberships are non-refundable except in cases of justified force majeure (accident, illness with a medical certificate). In the event of cancellation by the service provider (unavailability, technical issue), a new date will be offered or a refund will be issued.

Responsibilities

The coach undertakes to provide professional and safe support. However, the client acknowledges that they are engaging in voluntary physical activity at their own risk.

A medical certificate may be required for certain sports activities.

The provider cannot be held liable in the event of injury, except in cases of proven negligence.

Intellectual property

The content offered on the site (videos, texts, programs) is the exclusive property of TIKACOACH and may not be reproduced, copied, shared or resold without written authorization.

Personal data

The data collected is necessary for the proper execution of services. It is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the site.

Applicable law and disputes

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution. Failing this, the competent courts will be those of the company’s registered office.
